Please note this is a self-employed role which is NOT Monday-Friday consistently every week. We will ask you for quotations and book them in according to your dictation of your schedule.

We are seeking a skilled and versatile Tradesman to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a broad range of skills in various trades, including handyman, plumbing, carpentry and basic electrics. This role requires a hands-on approach and the ability to work independently or as part of a team to complete projects efficiently and to a high standard.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical installations and repairs, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
• Fabricate components as needed for different projects using appropriate materials and techniques.
• Utilise power tools and hand tools effectively for various construction and maintenance tasks.
• Execute carpentry work, including framing, installing fixtures, and finishing work.
• Conduct plumbing tasks such as installing pipes, fixtures, and ensuring proper drainage systems.
• Undertake painting duties to maintain the aesthetic appearance of structures.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in multiple trades such as electrical, roofing, fabrication, carpentry, plumbing, .
• Proficiency in using both power tools and hand tools safely and effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues on-site.
• Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Good physical fitness is required for manual handling tasks associated with the role.
• A valid driving licence is advantageous for travel to various job sites.
