About the role….
As a Scheduler in our repairs and maintenance team, you will ensure works orders and appointments are raised, appointed and attended with customers using a resource scheduling tool.
The successful candidate will work with the team in support the delivery of a customer orientated repair service.
You must have experience of working with customers within a housing or a support related field.
To be the successful applicant you will need to be organized, resilient with an ability to remain calm in an extremely busy service. A good level of IT skills is required with an ability to make quick informed decisions.
You will hold a minimum of 5 GCSE's A-C (4-9) or relevant demonstratable. The proposed hours of the role are 37 hours per week across 5 days Monday to Friday.
