Position Overview:

As we embark on our second year as Presence & Co., we are seeking a passionate and driven individual to join us as a General Technician. This is a unique opportunity to work with a growing team of 25 skilled technicians, including electricians, joiners, painters & decorators, landscapers, general technicians, and subcontractors from various trades. Your support will play a crucial role in setting the benchmark for excellence and supporting our ambitious growth targets for 2025 and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

· Must be willing to travel to various job sites across Peterborough, North Peterborough, and York.

· 5 + years of building works and maintenance experience.

· Carpentry skills required

· Electrical skills required

· Painting & Decorating skills required

· Proven project management experience.

· Proficiency in IT and computer applications.

· A customer-focused mindset with a passion for excellence in service delivery.

· Exceptional communication skills, with an ability to engage with diverse stakeholders..

Skills and Attributes:

· Strong organizational and time management capabilities.

· Outstanding communication.

· Motivation

· Proactive team player with the ability to work independently when required.

· Expertise in multitasking and prioritizing multiple, sometimes conflicting, deadlines.

Breakdown

– Basic salary £29,000

– Van £5,000

– Tool box £2,000 (one-off cost)
