Job Responsibility:

Role Overview:As a Junior Event Coordinator, you will support the Events Team in planning, organising, and delivering high-quality marketing events. You'll play a hands-on role in the logistics and coordination of promotional events that drive brand awareness and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the planning and setup of event marketing campaigns
• Support day-to-day logistics, including venue arrangements, materials preparation, and scheduling
• Coordinate with internal teams, brand ambassadors, and external suppliers
• Monitor event performance and customer interaction on-site
• Provide on-the-ground support during live events to ensure smooth execution
• Capture customer feedback and event insights for post-event reporting
• Maintain accurate records and support event documentation
• Represent the company and clients with professionalism and enthusiasm
