What You'll Be Doing:

• Proactively contacting existing customers nearing the end of their lease to explore renewal options
• Building strong relationships and understanding each customer's needs
• Providing expert advice on the latest models, deals, and leasing packages
• Working closely with the sales and support teams to ensure a seamless handover
• Managing your own pipeline and hitting monthly renewal targets

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in customer service, telesales, or account management (automotive or leasing experience is a big plus)
• Confidence in building rapport over the phone and via email
• Organised, self-motivated, and target-driven with a positive attitude
• A genuine passion for helping customers and creating long-term loyalty
• Tech-savvy and able to quickly get to grips with CRM systems and processes

Pay: £26,500.00-£50,000.00 per year
