Role Overview:

As a Graduate Chartered Surveyor, you will work alongside experienced professionals, gaining invaluable hands-on experience across residential and commercial property sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist with property valuations, surveys, and inspections.

· Collaborate with clients, providing expert advice and guidance.

· Support senior surveyors with project management tasks.

· Conduct research and analysis to aid property appraisals.

· Ensure compliance with RICS regulations and standards.

· Prepare detailed reports and documentation.

What We're Looking For:

· A recent graduate with a degree accredited by RICS.

· A keen interest in property surveying and the real estate market.

· Excellent analytical and numerical skills.

· Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

· A proactive and enthusiastic approach to learning.

· Full UK driving license (preferred).
