We have a fantastic opportunity for a motivated, organised full time Clinic Sales Manager to run our busy Manchester Clinic. You will have 2 years Management experience within a specific Sales Manager Role, preferably in the Beauty/Aesthetics industry but not essential, strong commercial and sales awareness skills is what we are looking for in this candidate.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

We are looking for:

• Excellent sales skills with a proven track record of driving sales and achieving targets. (essential)
• Proven people management skills, capable of building and leading high performing teams.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Experience of working within a target driven and fast paced environment, working to daily and monthly sales KPI's
• Drive, determination and ability to overcome the daily challenges of the Clinic
• Excellent working knowledge of the Beauty & Aesthetic Industry
• Ability to work flexibly, to suit the hours and needs of the business which includes evening and weekend working
• A positive ‘can do' attitude with a genuine desire to work in the Aesthetic Industry
