Urban Industry () is on the hunt for a bright and enthusiastic Junior Creative to join our team based here in Eastbourne. This is an amazing opportunity to immerse yourself in the world of men’s fashion and put your skills in video, photography, and social media to the test. You’ll collaborate on content that gets seen, liked, shared and sells.
Whether you’re behind the camera or in front of it, styling outfits or editing videos, you’ll play a key role in how our brand shows up online. Think impactful Reels, street-style pictures, trend-led storytelling, and creative product photography all shaped by your ideas and the Urban Industry aesthetic.
– What You’ll Be Doing:
- Work closely with our Creative Lead to maintain our high-quality video content aligned with brand tone and visuals
- Style outfits that reflect current trends and streetwear culture
- Shoot and edit on-brand store product shots and lifestyle photography
- Plan and schedule content across TikTok, Instagram, Youtube and Pinterest
- Brainstorm and pitch new ideas for content formats, stories and visuals
- Keep tabs on trends and competitor content to help keep us one step ahead
– What We’re Looking For:
- A passion for men’s fashion, styling and streetwear culture
- Someone who’s confident with a camera, editing and understands what makes a scroll-stopping shot
- Knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop & Premiere Pro)
- Comfortable speaking on camera and recording voiceovers for video content would be a bonus
- Strong organisation skills especially around file management and content scheduling
- A self-starter who’s open to feedback, collaborative working, and loves learning
- Creativity, consistency, and a keen eye for aesthetic detail
– Bonus Points If You:
- Have your own portfolio or creative IG/TikTok to show us
- Have shot fashion or product photography before
- Understand the difference between good content and great content
- Can tell a story with style, humour, and cultural relevance
- Have worked in a similar environment before

This position will be full time ( 37.5 hrs Per week) after a successfully completed 6 month probationary period. Work hours are Monday to Friday, 8.45am to 4.45pm.
Starting Salary: Depending on experience.
