Lead on and support the technical aspects of client delivery for desktop, mobile and printing devices Lead on the delivery and configuration of fixed and wireless networking infrastructure for client and mobile devices Collaborate with internal technology operations teams, project teams and Oracle project support for all client hardware and software deployment activities Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues Assist with client patch management and updates related to Oracle client configuration Maintain accurate documentation for infrastructure components and technical workflows
