Role: Senior Graphic Designer (Global)

Location: HARIBO Castleford (hybrid working- 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home)

Working hours: 38 (Monday - Friday)

Salary: Competitive (plus an annual bonus)

Position type: 12-month FTC

We are on the hunt for a 'Senior Graphic Designer' to come and join our happy world of HARIBO! This could be YOUR opportunity to take a fizz-tastic seat within our Design team aka ‘The Den' (how cool does that sound!) whilst also building Star (Mix) relationships with both our Head of Design and Global HARIBO Marketing team.

So how will I add to the HARIBO mix I hear you ask? You will play a critical role serving as our brand guardian angel whilst also creating engaging and relevant on-brand designs with the consumer firmly at heart! We are looking for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, producing creative that resonates with both consumers and shoppers alike.

You'll help lead our biggest design project to date, working closely with the Head of Design (UK) and our Global Marketing team to ensure our brand is consistently brought to life across packaging, channels, and countries!

From crafting brand-defining visuals to mentoring others and owning projects end-to-end, you'll be a key part of The Den. Thriving on curiosity, collaboration, challenge, and growing together.

How you'll contribute to the mix:

• Lead the concept and execution of standout designs across packaging, digital, POS and motion
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, internal and external partners to deliver impactful, on-brand work that connects globally
• Mentor designers, give clear feedback, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and learning
• Present ideas confidently to senior stakeholders and contribute to strategic discussions around creative direction
• Manage multiple projects with precision, hitting deadlines without compromising creative quality
• Be a brand guardian—ensuring all outputs are visually consistent, strategically aligned, and impactfully executed

Can you supply our essential ingredients?

We are on the hunt for an individual with proven design and management experience within our fantastic world of FMCG.

You have a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, packaging, and POS design including campaign delivery across both print and digital. If this sounds like you, we would 100% love to hear from you.

You must be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (key ones being Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign), however, we would love to hear about your other system superpowers too!

Collaboration is a critical ingredient within our design recipe, it is imperative you can collaborate in highly integrated environments at ease whilst working alongside Marketing teams, copywriters, animators and graphic designers. Not forgetting, we are looking for an individual who can build and nurture relationships with external creative agencies as well as lead a team of freelancers.

Can you bring to our HARIBO table excellent attention to detail? We are looking for an individual with a critical eye for layout, typography and not forgetting brand consistency. Strong time management and multitasking skills are also key, it is super important you can keep up with our speedy confectionery pace.
