    Where will you be working?

    At M Group Highways, we're supporting the safe transportation and movement of people across the UK.

    You'll be joining our Highways maintenance team, as the UK's number one highway maintenance contractor, our teams use the latest innovations to create effective solutions. We offer a range of services including planned and reactive maintenance and highway improvement schemes.

    What will you be doing?

    You'll engage in hybrid working out of a lively, vibrant workplace in central Oxford with access to fantastic amenities and public open space. You'll develop designs for a wide variety of bridge replacement, strengthening and maintenance schemes. You'll conduct structures asset management activities e.g. principal inspections & structural assessments. You'll work with internal and external stakeholders at all stages of scheme development such as, site teams, clients and commercial teams. You'll provide technical advice and support to our client (Oxfordshire County Council) You'll mentor and inspire our early careers hires (Graduates and Apprentices) - do you enjoy coaching others?

    What you'll bring

    A relevant Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.

    Experience in highway structures inspection, maintenance, design, asset management and construction - do you have this?

    Experience with structural analysis & design software (e.g. LUSAS, TEDDS, RING & AutoCAD).
