Summary
You'll join a friendly team, who work with integrity and purpose and work on varying style of domestic projects, from small Passivhaus to large bespoke houses, all who have increased their air tightness, and now need a high performing ventilation solution. You'll work alongside a talented team, including 2 senior designers, experienced technical advisors and supportive managers in a collaborative, forward thinking relaxed environment. You will support Self builders, Architects and Installers, to achieve the delivery of high performing ventilation systems.
- Use bespoke 3D Modelling Software in AutoCAD.
- Receive supportive training to understand and deliver detailed well thought out Mechanical Ventilation Heat Recovery (MVHR) Designs.
- Provide MVHR Designs for Bespoke Self Build and New Build properties

Required skills:
Minimum:
- Experience in communicating with high end clients, via teams
- Proven experience in a technical role.
Essential:
- Excellent communication skills for design meetings, and internal team meetings
- AutoCAD Experience, ideally qualified in HNC or City & Guilds
- Strong Technical knowledge in your subject.
- Ability to read and interpret architects, structural and fire strategy drawings.
- Understanding of physics principles.
