The Opportunity

This is a full-time, entry-level placement role designed for aspiring marketers ready to launch their career in digital marketing. You'll work 37.5 hours per week, gaining real-world experience while completing a professional marketing qualification.

As part of this role, you'll have the opportunity to enrol in one of the following accredited apprenticeship programmes:

• Digital Marketing Apprenticeship - Level 3 (DMI)
• Marketing Executive Apprenticeship - Level 4 (CIM)

You'll be supported by a Chartered Marketer from day one and work across a wide range of client accounts and marketing channels. The role is remote-first, with opportunities to meet clients and team members in person throughout the year.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Marketing Executive, you'll contribute to planning and delivering digital marketing campaigns across a variety of brands. Your day-to-day work will include:

• Search Engine Optimisation (SEO): Supporting on-page and technical SEO tasks
• Google Ads: Assisting with setup, optimisation, and performance tracking
• Paid Social Campaigns: Creating ads for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube
• Tracking & Analytics: Setting up tracking tools and monitoring KPIs
• Client Communication: Attending regular client meetings and providing updates
• Website Updates: Editing websites using WordPress and Elementor
• Design Support: Creating and updating marketing materials as needed
• Marketing Strategy: Assisting with digital plans and campaign execution

Who We're Looking For

Essential:

• A strong interest in digital marketing
• Confident communicator with excellent written English
• Highly organised with good attention to detail
• Basic understanding of SEO and social media marketing
• Motivated, proactive, and keen to learn
• Grade 4 GCSE in Math & English

Desirable (but not essential):

• Experience with WordPress and Elementor
• Basic skills in Adobe Creative Suite
• Familiarity with Google Ads or Facebook Ads
• Previous experience in customer service or a client-facing role
• Digital marketing certifications (Google Digital Garage, Meta Blueprint, etc.)
