The Role:

We have a rare opportunity to join our Contracts Team at Caice, focused on our Fan Coil Unit products. This is a good opportunity for someone who has some experience working in a construction environment, manufacturing or with a mechanical engineering background, to be part of a close knit team.

To be successful, excellent attention to detail is critical along with an aptitude for learning, prioritising and the ability to be proactive.

All training will be provided by the team manager.

What you'll be doing:

  • Working as part of the Standard Products Team reporting to the FCU Contracts Manager.
  • Running FCU supply contracts and managing all aspects of the supply process up to delivery.
  • This includes:
  • Arranging electrical wiring diagrams and any options needed using project specific wiring details.
  • Finalising build specification with stakeholders
  • Aligning the client delivery programme with manufacturing availability.
  • Managing logistical requirements.
  • Managing both internal and external stakeholders' expectations through to project completion.

Ancillary responsibilities:

  • Processing any requirements for spares as needed.
  • Working with external stakeholders during the design phase alongside the estimating team where required.

About You - What you will bring to us:

  • A good standard of education, specifically Maths and English to at least GCSE level and preferably A Level.
  • A degree in a related discipline is desirable but not essential (e.g. Mechanical Engineering).
  • Excellent written and phone skills
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office products.
  • Thoroughness, accuracy, consistency and very strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to learn bespoke systems quickly.
  • Ability to meet deadlines, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivation with flexibility to cover others during periods of high activity and during holidays.
