Job Responsibility:
Are you a seasoned Oracle Financials specialist with a passion for leading support teams and optimising financial systems? We're seeking a dynamic Oracle Financials Front Office Support Lead to join our team in London working with a leading, global bank.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee front-office support for Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Financial modules
Provide expert guidance on system issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal downtime
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and process improvements
Manage support tickets, tracking, and reporting to senior management
Support integrations and interfaces with Business Intelligence (BI) and Hyperion reporting tools
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Extensive hands-on experience with Oracle EBS Financial modules
Strong expertise in BI and Hyperion planning, reporting, and analytics
Proven leadership skills in managing support teams or projects
Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Qualifications:
Demonstrable experience supporting Oracle Financials in a front-office capacity
Deep understanding of BI and Hyperion environments
Relevant certifications in Oracle Financials and Hyperion are a plus
This is a long term (multi-year) programme of work based from London. Hybrid working (x4 days in City office). Permanent or long term contract. Competitive rates.
