Job Responsibility:

Perfect Shutters, the North West's largest Plantation Shutter Specialists are a successful family run business who provide premium quality window products to both consumer and B2B markets.

Due to consistent year on year growth, there is a need to recruit a skilled surveyor to accurately measure, and template windows and doors of all shapes and sizes.

The successful candidate will be required to travel to customer locations, introduce themselves as an ambassador for the company, complete accurate measures in all the required locations offering and discussing solutions.

It is important to build a good rapport with customers, deliver an excellent service and understand the customer needs whilst on site.

All tools, samples (for customer demonstration) and company vehicle will be supplied.

Key Role & Responsibilities

• Travel to customer locations, check design configurations and take detailed measurements to enable bespoke manufacturing.
• Liaise with the customer on site, to ensure they are happy with their design, discuss requirements and offer solutions where necessary.
• Work with the operations team and manufacturer to ensure all aspects of the design drawings are signed off and 100% accurate prior to production.
• Follow company processes and procedure at all times.
• Act as an ambassador for the business at all times.

The successful candidates will have the following skills and experience:

• High levels of accuracy and attention to detail when measuring.
• A skilled surveyor with experience surveying in the Home Improvements industry such as Windows / Kitchens / Bedrooms / Fitted Furniture.
• A high level of respect for our products & customers.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills.
• Excellent administration skills, accurate and concise paperwork.
• Friendly and considerate with customers and able to build client relationships.

Experience within window, conservatory or double glazing surveying and installation would be an advantage, however full training will be given.

Hours: Monday to Friday 08:00AM - 4:30PM; an element of flexibility is required as evening or weekend surveys may be required from time to time.
