Position Overview

• Position Title: IT Specialist
• Employment Type: Full-time / Permanent, Sponsorship Available
• Location: Korea Foods Head Office, New Malden, KT3 4PH
• Experience: 3 years of relevant IT experience (SAP ERP, EPOS, SQL)
• Annual Salary: £45,000 per annum and above, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support SAP ERP system (SAP Business One and MSSQL)
• Operate and maintain EPOS (Electronic Point of Sale) system
• Plan and implement IT infrastructure for new stores and business expansion
• Ensure data security and monitor system performance
• Provide technical support for internal users and coordinate issue resolution
• Collaborate with external vendors and internal departments for system optimization
• Participate in system upgrades and digital transformation initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven experience in SAP ERP, SQL, and EPOS
• Background in retail or food industry IT systems
• Strong communication skills: proficiency in Korean and English is a plus
