Are you someone who enjoys using their technical skills such as using software such as Microsoft Power BI, Excel and coding and has an honours degree in a numerical or computer-based subject with coding or analytical units/assignments? If so, then this new role within our Management Information team is for you.
The Management Information team is a busy and supportive environment responsible for delivering crucial data insights. In this role as Assistant Management Information analyst, you will be key to the development of SCTS dashboards. You will actively support the Management Information Analyst with data analysis for SCTS and justice partners. You will also respond to analytical requests, assist with regular report production and foster a collaborative team environment. This a great opportunity to join a forward thinking team and contribute to conducting vital analysis on criminal and civil data both for the CTS and its justice partners.
Some of your main responsibilities would be;
- Dashboard Development: You will support the Management Information Analyst (HEO) in the creation of Civil and Criminal Dashboards using Microsoft Power BI.
- Technical Skill Development: You will actively develop your technical proficiency in coding and analytical software (for example SQL, Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft Excel) alongside deepening your understanding of civil and criminal procedures and their associated databases. (Training will be provided)
- Data Analysis Support: You will assist the Management Information Analyst (HEO) in conducting analysis on criminal and civil data for both the SCTS and its justice partners.
- Produce and Develop Key Reports: You will be responsible for the timely and high-quality production and development of a suite of Management Information (MI) reports, of varied production frequency.
