Job Responsibility:
Role Overview:As a Junior Event Specialist, you will play a key role in the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing events. From brand activations and product launches to trade shows and pop-up campaigns, you'll help bring client visions to life while learning essential skills in marketing and event management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the organisation and delivery of client marketing events
- Assist in pre-event planning, logistics, and material preparation
- Set up event spaces, coordinate staff, and manage on-site activity
- Engage with attendees, promote brand messaging, and gather feedback
- Help track event performance metrics and report on outcomes
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution
- Maintain accurate records of event activity and stock inventory
Requirements:
- Strong interest in event marketing or experiential campaigns
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and customer-focused attitude
- Ability to multitask, stay organised, and work in fast-paced environments
- Flexible with working hours - some evenings/weekends may be required
- No prior experience necessary - full training provided
