Experienced Flooring Store Manager

A vacancy has arisen for a Store Manager at our branch in New Cambridge Store. We are looking for an EXPERIENCED candidate in retail and floor coverings, so previous flooring experience is essential.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Ability to lead a team, teaching and coaching people on sales.
• Driving performance consistency.
• Assigning work and maintaining team results.
• Ensuring a safe and clean store environment.
• Providing outstanding customer service and professional advice to all clients.
• Measuring and estimating with confidence in clients homes.
• Maintaining the appearance and efficient operation of the store.

The successful applicant will be required to work 40 hours per week, 5 days out of 7, to include every Saturday and every other Sunday.
