We're on the lookout for a creative, motivated and detail-driven individual to join our team as a Content Creator Apprentice. If you've got a passion for social media, design, and storytelling - and you're excited about turning ideas into standout content - we want to hear from you. This is an entry-level role, perfect for someone at the start of their career who's ready to learn, grow, and gain real hands-on experience in a fast-paced and supportive team. What You'll Be Doing

• Designing and creating engaging social media content (think grid posts, carousels, stories, and reels)
• Supporting basic video editing projects
• Assisting with email marketing (design and copywriting)
• Scheduling content across various platforms
• Helping the wider marketing team with day-to-day client delivery tasks
• Bringing fresh ideas to brainstorms and campaigns

What We're Looking For

• A genuine interest in content creation and social media
• A creative eye and willingness to learn new tools and techniques
• Familiarity with Canva and CapCut is a bonus.
• Great attention to detail and an ability to meet deadlines
• A positive, can-do attitude and a collaborative mindset

Entry requirements Maths and English GCSE's or equivalent Level 2 need to be at Grade C/4 or above. You need to put a portfolio of examples of content work you have created. Your application will not be considered if nothing is put up as an example. Training to be provided Content Creator Level 3 Standard Apprentices learn the skills they need on the job with the guidance of a development coach who is an expert from industry. You will finish your apprenticeship with a recognised qualification, valuable industry experience and the opportunity for continued career progression. Training is a blended learning delivery model: online learning, classroom sessions, work-based training, independent research, workplace projects, one-to-one support and training.
