Responsibilities:

• Create engaging, high-quality photo and video content for platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook.
• Confidently appear on camera to showcase tutorials, product demos, behind-the-scenes, and trend-based content.
• Edit videos with a polished, on-brand aesthetic using tools like CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or Adobe Premiere.
• Collaborate with marketing to align content with campaign goals, launches, and seasonal trends.
• Manage and grow social media accounts, with a strong understanding of analytics, trends, and audience engagement.
• Engage with the community, including responding to comments and participating in beauty-related conversations.
• Stay up-to-date with beauty trends, influencer culture, and social media best practices.

Requirements:

• Proven experience creating content for beauty-related brands or accounts (portfolio or examples required).
• Strong on-camera presence with the ability to present products in a natural and engaging way.
• Proficient in short-form video editing and graphic content creation.
• Excellent understanding of current social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
• Passion for beauty, skincare, makeup, and lifestyle content.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage posting schedules.

Nice to Have:

• Experience working with influencers or in a brand ambassador program.
• Basic photography and lighting skills.
• Knowledge of paid social ad creatives.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £140.00-£150.00 per day

Expected hours: 24 per week
