Qualifications & Experience

What You'll Be Doing:

• Assign and oversee daily tasks for front-line Guest Experience team members

• Motivate and lead your team to be “guest obsessed” and deliver top-notch service

• Handle guest concerns with professionalism and care, ensuring happy memories

• Manage guest flow and queue areas to keep things moving safely and smoothly

• Support onboarding and training of new hosts — create a culture of learning

• Keep accurate training and performance records

• Serve as the Supervisor on Duty and lead by example during your shift

• Collaborate across departments to enhance the overall guest experience

• Step into various roles as needed to support your team and attraction goals

✅ What We're Looking For:

• High School diploma or GED

• At least 6 months in guest-facing or service roles (attractions/entertainment industry preferred!)

• A fun, outgoing attitude with a commitment to excellence

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• ️ Comfortable using standard office software and systems

• Team player who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment

Availability:

• Flexible to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
