Job Responsibility:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Picking & Packing Merchandiser to join our fast-paced eCommerce fulfilment team. You will play a vital role in ensuring that customer orders are accurately picked, neatly packed, and dispatched on time. This role requires a high level of efficiency, accuracy, and organisation to meet daily order volumes and uphold excellent customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Picking & Packing:

Efficiently pick products from stock locations based on digital order lists, ensuring product accuracy and quality. Neatly and securely pack items for shipping according to packaging procedures.

• Product Merchandising:

Maintain organised, well-stocked, and clearly labelled picking areas to optimise order fulfilment. Assist with stock replenishment and product displays within the warehouse to ensure easy access and high visibility.

• Inventory Control:

Assist with stock counts, monitoring inventory levels and reporting low-stock or discrepancies to the ecommerce team.

• Order Processing:

Use warehouse management systems (WMS) and handheld devices to update order status, manage stock movements, and print shipping labels. Printing off the daily manifest

• Administration: Data Entry and using Microsoft Office, including Excel
• Team Collaboration:

Work closely with other team members to meet daily shipping targets and maintain a smooth workflow.

• Health & Safety:

Comply with all warehouse health and safety procedures to ensure a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.

Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience in a picking/packing, fulfilment, or merchandising role, ideally within an eCommerce setting.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Comfortable using handheld scanners, basic IT systems, and working in a digital environment.
• Able to work efficiently under pressure in a high-volume, fast-paced warehouse.
• Physically fit and capable of lifting boxes and standing for extended periods.
• A proactive attitude and team player mentality.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am-4:30 pm, with occasional weekend shifts during peak periods
