Sports Centre Supervisor

Casual Hours – Early mornings, evenings and weekends

Hourly rate: £13.34

Required as soon as possible

We are currently seeking Supervisors to join our Sports Centre team. The right candidates for this role will hold a current National Pool Lifeguard Qualification, have strong customer service skills, and work well within a team. You will also be a reliable, trustworthy, and proactive individual. As a Supervisor for St Margaret’s Sports Centre, you are responsible for:

· Opening and closing the sports centre

· Ensuring each area of the sports centre is ready and available for each booking on your shift

· Ensuring customers health and safety is a priority

· Managing and motivating lifeguards on shift

· Dealing with customers face-to-face and over the phone

· Good understanding of the importance of safeguarding

· Following procedures as outlined in the Sports Centre NOP and EAP

· Attending relevant staff training as and when required

· Pool plant experience is desirable but not needed. Training can be provided.
