Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Fully Qualified Electrician to become a Working Site Supervisor. (SSSTS)

The key responsibility of the role is to ensure that all onsite electrical installation work is carried out efficiently and safely on projects.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a comprehensive understanding of electrical systems, and the ability to manage projects.

This role is crucial in maintaining high standards of quality and safety within our operations.

Salary – Negotiable depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of electricians and subcontractors, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and company policies.
• Manage the planning, execution, and completion of electrical projects within designated timelines.
• Conduct regular inspections of electrical systems and installations to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members in troubleshooting and resolving electrical issues.
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate project activities and ensure seamless operations.

Skills

• Fully Qualified Electrician with 18th Edition & SSSTS (For the right candidate we can provide SSSTS training)
• Proven experience in supervising electrical teams, with strong leadership capabilities.
• In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
