Job OverviewOperating across the UK and Europe, Doff Portland, part of Pelsis Group, is a global manufacturer and distributor of innovative pest management solutions for professional and retail markets. We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Production Cell Leader .
Duties
- Reporting to the Production Manager, this role presents an excellent opportunity for an individual with relevant experience to make a positive impact.
- Assist the Production Manager in collating and recording KPI data.
- Operate and maintain machinery to deliver top-quality products, on time, every time.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of operatives to achieve production targets.
- Collaborate with engineers and management to enhance processes and resolve issues.
- Maintain high health & safety standards, ensuring a safe and tidy workspace.
Requirements
- At least 3 years' experience leading a team in a manufacturing environment.
- A strong safety-first mindset and a commitment to meeting production goals.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively.
Shift:
Monday to Friday 5:30am-14:00pm
£13.73p/h plus £20 per week attendance bonus = £29,589 p/a plus Overtime paid at time and an half
