Job Description :

Delta Hotels by Marriott Edinburgh are on the look-out for a F&B Supervisor to join our team!

The Role:

We are seeking a skilled F&B supervisor to oversee the food and beverage operations in our establishment!

Main responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of food production, including menu planning, food preparation and ensuring high quality standards are maintained
• Oversee food safety practices and compliance with health and safety regulations
• Lead and motivate the team to deliver exceptional service and maintain a positive dining experience for customers
• Supervise bar operations, including bartending services and beverage inventory management
• Implement cost control measures to achieve financial targets while maintaining quality standards
• Collaborate with suppliers to source high quality ingredients and negotiate competitive pricing
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and adherence to food safety standards
• Supervisor banqueting operations to ensure clients needs are met for small meetings up to large scale dinners

Desired Experience:

• Proven experience in hospitality management, restaurant operations or hotel F&B management
• Proficient in team management, supervising staff and fostering a positive work environment
• Familiar with bartending practices and beverage service operations
