We are looking for an Area Leader to work in our Butchery Department on day shift, working Monday to Friday. You will be responsible for a team producing high quality product to the required standards.

Job requirements of Butchery Area Leader:

· Great people management skills;

· Experience within a food manufacturing environment.

· Butchery experience idea, however not essential

· Self-motivated and able to motivate other members of the team;

· Troubleshooting – identify any issues ahead of them arising and take appropriate action

· Driven to achieve the production efficiency targets;

· Maintain high production quality and safety standards.

What you will need:

· Confidence and experience working within a fast paced food manufacturing environment;

· Demonstrate decision-making skills;

· Excellent communication skills and a good level of written and verbal English.

· Level 2 food hygiene/safety certification
