Job Description :

Monkey Tree Holiday Park is a multi-award winning family run park known for its commitment to providing exceptional customer service. We are seeking a driven and dynamic Holiday Park Cleaning Supervisor to assist our Housekeeping Team here at Monkey Tree Holiday Park and cover the Housekeeping Manager’s days off for the 2025 season. The ideal candidate will be proactive and support operations to enhance the experience of our guests.

You will be responsible for ensuring high standards of hygiene and cleanliness throughout our 56 acre Park. As GOLD LOO OF THE YEAR AWARD holders we pride ourselves on an exceptional level of cleanliness so need individuals who will take pride in their work.

Please note, this role will require you to work every Sunday.

What you will be doing:

• Supervising the team of cleaning staff, ensuring they are performing their duties correctly and efficiently.
• Inspecting areas and accommodations to ensure that cleanliness standards are met, including checking holiday homes, shower/toilet blocks, common areas, and outdoor spaces.
• Cleaning of camping facilities, holiday homes and keeping inside and outside communal areas clean and tidy.
• Addressing customer complaints or concerns regarding cleanliness and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Purchase housekeeping supplies and equipment and take periodic inventories.
• Supporting colleagues in any required ad-hoc duties necessary for the successful running of the company.
