Job OverviewWe are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Kitchen Sales Team member to be based at our Ealing Showroom.

We sell high quality In-Frame Painted kitchens and deliver them all over the UK, Our Ealing Branch is our busiest Branch for footfall and we need someone to maximise every opportunity we get - either from Walk in's or from our Online presence.

We have an amazing track record with a near perfect Trustpilot score and our product is not only high quality - but also really competitively priced.

As part of the sale team you will talk to people that visit the showroom, answer questions, explain options to them and make sales.

You will also use our CAD system (ArtiCAD - Training will be given) to design and plan kitchens for our customers.

We are not your usual style of kitchen showroom as the vast majority of what we do is over email and the phone, so we need someone who is IT literate and wanting to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Take information given to us by customers to prepare plans and quotes
• Meet and Greet all customers in a professional manner and answer any questions they may have.
• Follow up on quotes and make sales
• Prepare files for final checks and processing
• As a shop Saturdays are our busiest days for customers visiting so we would need someone willing to work from 9am - 3pm on Saturdays

Skills

• Ideally you will have experience in a kitchen sales environment
• Knowledge of a Kitchen CAD design program would be helpful - but this can be learnt
• Ability to use your initiative and work unsupervised
