The Opportunity

Job responsibilities

Tasks & Responsibilities:

Stock conditions:

• Keep stock well organised
• Ensure to have the right kind and quantity of products in the stock
• Provide your KPIs to the Store Manager
• Enable Client Advisors to find products easily (explain your system)
• Ensure that the stockroom is easily accessible and follows all local Health & Safety guidelines
• Communicate to the store client advisors about out of stock items/items in tension
• Plan and execute stock count following Rimowa stock count written procedure

Communicate with the Head Quarters:

• Co-ordinate with head office for annual stock counts

Follow and control the orders:

• Validate delivery invoices in a timely manner
• Supervise all deliveries and put them into the stockroom
• Liaise with the supply chain team in a timely manner with issues regarding delivery couriers etc.

Help the Client Advisor team in selling if necessary

Profile

• A fluent level in English is essential and additional languages are an advantage.
