Job Responsibility:
Join us at NatWest Boxed as a Senior Analyst - Product
- Take on a new challenge and help us design, develop and launch new products
- You'll be joining the BaaS (Banking as a service) Product team to support the delivery of product improvements and innovation to our Colleague Experience and Operational Tooling mission
- We'll look to you to support the product team to prioritise the most impactful changes for colleagues and gather requirements for new feature delivery
You'll work at the heart of a cross-functional squad, partnering with product managers, designers, and engineers to shape, deliver, and continuously improve products that power our colleague experience and operational tooling.
- Lead discovery and analysis to understand user needs, pain points, and business opportunities
- Define and track key product metrics, drawing insights to guide product decisions
- Partner with Product Managers to create data-driven roadmaps and prioritisation frameworks
- Shape hypotheses and design experiments to validate ideas and measure impact
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders across the business
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement, iterating based on feedback and evidence
- Help guide end-to-end delivery of product changes, from ideation to release and impact assessment
- Support and mentor more junior analysts or team members when required

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using tools like SQL, Looker, or similar
- Proven ability to work in product-led, agile environments and across cross-functional teams
- Confident working from ambiguity through to clarity and alignment
- Excellent communication skills with an ability to influence decisions through evidence
- A proactive mindset and comfort working with autonomy to identify opportunities
- Experience leading product changes and driving measurable impact through analysis
In addition, it would be great if you had:
- Previous experience in product management or ownership, with a desire to shape products proactively
- Experience working on operational tooling, especially workflow or ticket management platforms
- Familiarity with customer support, payment operations, or financial crime operational journeys
