Location: Wayside House, Wilsons Lane, Coventry, CV6 6NY

Job Type/Shift Patterns: Full time, Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm, 37.5 hours a week (Hybrid: 3 Days onsite and rest days remote)

Pay Rate:£19.10/Hr.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job Summary:We are looking for an End User Compute and Security Analyst specializing in Unified Communications. You will work with the End User Compute Lead to manage and secure a multiplatform environment (Windows, iOS, Mac, Android), focusing on Unified Communications tools like Ring Central and Nice CXone. The team manages around 8,500 user devices across multiple organizations. You will play a key role in unified communications and lead projects and improvements in your area.

Responsibilities:

· Managing and administrating unified communications systems, preferably Ring Central & Nice CXOne.

· Assist in administration, integration and co-management of AD, GPO, SCCM and Intune along with administrating M365 security products, including anti-virus, ATP, and Azure rights management service (RMS).

· Research and implement new IT solutions to enhance the user experience and ensure security updates are applied to safeguard devices.

Required Experience/Skills:

· Must have experience administering Cloud Unified Communications systems, preferably Ring Central and Nice CXOne. or experience with Cisco UC

· Skilled in managing endpoint devices using Intune/Autopilot, including application deployment and patch management.

· Familiarity with managing/administrating Active Directory, Group Policy (GPO), SCCM, and Intune administration and integration along with Microsoft 365 security tools such as antivirus, Advanced Threat Protection (ATP), and Azure Rights Management.
