Job Description

We are looking for a Digital Merchandiser to help build an outstanding LEGO® digital shopper and consumer experience in our UK & Ireland (UKI) business. Bring passion for eCommerce, a proactive, analytical approach to help us reach more children and adult fans at one of the most loved brands!

Core Responsibilities

  • Ensure high quality online brand presence at retail partners' online sites.
  • Drive development and implementation of the UKI digital merchandising strategy.
  • Play a critical role to execute with e-retailers, creating roadmaps and driving digital merchandising activities, shaping the experience of LEGO shoppers.
  • Drive weekly actions of our digital shelf performance to improve the shopper experience.
  • Coordinate and ensure digital assets (title, text, images, etc.) are optimised for all sites and campaigns.
  • Use the LEGO technology stack to deploy and scale the utilisation of impactful assets, driving novelty, awareness, engagement, and conversion and establish technology at retail partners to automate and simplify asset deployment and data exchange.
  • Partner with regional eCommerce Centre of Excellence to develop forward-thinking, ecommerce-ready content and assets.
  • Analyze and communicate data-driven insights, to drive future growth supervising online campaigns in collaboration with both our Key Accounts and Retail Marketing teams.
  • Continuous test & learn to remain at the forefront of new opportunities and trends.
  • Develop digital assets and assist with campaign implementation in cooperation with both internal and external partners.

  • Experience in a fast-paced eCommerce/digital department.
  • A proactive mentality and agile ways of working with a commercial understanding.
  • Good understanding of omni-channel shopper behaviour.
  • Proficient with CMS systems and web analytics tools with a curiosity to adopt new tools and tech.
  • Excellent user of MS Office tools, especially Excel.
  • English language proficiency is a must.
