A vacancy has arisen within Admiral Money for a Head of Commercial Performance and Analytics within the Motor Finance team, reporting directly to the Product Director.

Admiral Money is growing and as we continue to broaden our products for the UK consumer we are now in the process of launching a new product, Motor Finance!

The Motor Finance team will operate as a start-up within Admiral Money. It will operate as a team with appropriate specialists across all functions but with the added support and benefits of being part of Admiral Money and the wider Admiral Group.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the commercial performance strategy, including revenue optimisation, cost management, and profitability analysis.
• Develop and implement robust analytics frameworks to track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) across all aspects of the business.
• Utilise advanced data analytics techniques to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, providing actionable insights to drive business decisions.
• Collaborate with Motor Finance and wider Admiral Money teasm cross-functional teams to align commercial strategies with overall business objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on data-driven insights to enhance business performance and operational efficiency.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and scenario planning activities.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with external partners and stakeholders to support business growth and expansion efforts.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes to inform strategic decision-making and mitigate risks.
• Lead, mentor, and assist in developing the Admiral Motor Finance function and in the future your direct reports.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to promote our brand and build strategic partnerships.
