About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity to join the Trueform team.

To support increasing expansion and demand for Trueform's award winning products and services, we require an enthusiastic and experienced Human Resources and Social Value Coordinator.

The post holder is responsible for providing accurate and efficient HR support, helping to ensure good HR practice within the organisation. The other key part of the role will be to help develop, manage and oversee our social value commitments, demonstrating our ability to deliver social improvement and raising our profile.

You will be joining a great collaborative company, working closely with a variety of highly skilled and experienced managers and directors.

Responsibilities & Duties

Your main responsibilities and duties will include:

  • Arranging interviews for vacancies within the organisation.
  • Arranging and carrying out new joiner inductions.
  • Collating new employee payroll information through induction process for payroll processing for both weekly paid and salaried employees.
  • Producing documentation for all changes in employee terms and conditions of employment.
  • Producing leavers confirmation letters and leavers forms for all employee leavers for both payrolls.
  • Managing changes to terms and conditions of employment and drafting addendum to employment agreements where required.
  • Creating and maintaining personnel files.
  • Inputting, monitoring and maintaining data within various spreadsheets, ensuring a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Inputting, monitoring and maintaining data within Company's benefits portal, ensuring a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Monitoring and triggering probationary period reviews.
  • Monitoring and triggering appraisal reviews.
  • Cultivating and maintaining relationships with charities, business groups and local authority partners in order to ensure we understand needs and partner resource.
  • Assisting with social value tender submissions. Proactively recommending improvements consistently through evaluations of submissions and improving processes where appropriate.
  • Ensuring all relevant internal stakeholders are aware of the commitments, assessing and identifying who will deliver what and when. Monitoring progress and recording of results.
  • Promoting Trueform's social value engagement through case studies and social media, working with our sales and marketing team.
  • Providing reporting, summaries, forecasts, client feedback, and other necessary information for internal governance.

Qualifications and Experience

We are looking for someone who has the following qualifications and experience:

  • GCSE in English and Maths
  • Passion for Social Sustainability
  • Microsoft Office including Word; Excel; Powerpoint
  • Previous experience in an HR role
  • Project Management Projects background
  • Social Science/Sustainability experience or qualification
