Duties

• Craft and serve a diverse range of cocktails and beverages, tailored to customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
• Engage with customers to provide recommendations and enhance their overall experience.
• Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies and tracking usage.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately while maintaining a balanced till.
• Stay updated on industry trends and new cocktail recipes to keep the menu fresh and exciting.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of bartending techniques and cocktail recipes.
