Contract: Fixed Term Contract 6 Months - 37.5 hours per week
Salary:£21,500 to £24,150 per year, pro rata
Reporting to: Leader Operations Team

What will you be doing:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Leader Operations Administrator to join our friendly and professional team. You will provide important administrative support to our panel of Volunteer Walking Leaders and Special Interest Leaders.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the Leader Co-ordinators in all administration tasks
- Holiday cancellation administration
- Inputting guest questionnaire information
- Distributing Leader Report forms
- Processing Leader uniform and name badges
- Maintain and update the Leader database
- Maintain and update the Leader intranet / portal
- Distribute leader change forms
- Ad-hoc administration support to the Leader Operations Team
About you:

- Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
- Computer literate with knowledge of MS Office
- Strong attention to detail
