We are seeking an organised administrator, looking for a new opportunity in a collaborative environment. As a contract & finance support administrator you will join a dynamic team and play a key role in delivering exceptional business support in the areas of staffing, employment, finance, and operations.

About the Role; You will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support, ensuring the smooth running of contract activities. You will work closely with clients, internal teams, and suppliers to maintain high service standards and drive operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities;

· Responding to client calls and emails promptly and professionally.

· Liaise effectively with site teams and head office to process quotations and purchase orders accurately.

· Drive engineering teams to respond to callouts and maintenance within the required time.

· Raise and allocate work & purchase orders to the appropriate resources.

· Identify and implement innovations to enhance contract performance.

· Ensure all documentation is kept up-to-date and accessible.

· Use internal systems to manage records for reactive work, and reporting.

· Keep accurate and up-to-date records of staff movements.

· Issue contact details, and employment changes.

· Communicate effectively with all levels of internal and external stakeholders.

· Support daily contract operations and respond to ad hoc requests.

This role will involve regular travel to London, and infrequent local travel for training purposes.

What we are looking for: Education & Training

· GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths.

· A-Level/HNC qualifications would be advantageous.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Experience & Skills

· Previous experience in a administrative finance or within a medium-sized business.

· Excellent Excel & System skills

· Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact with senior managers, clients, and staff at all levels.

· Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

· Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work efficiently under pressure.

· Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
