We are looking for a Paid Media Executive to join our growing marketing team.Thesuccessful candidate will support our Paid Media team, assisting across all platforms while learning the fundamentals of paid advertising, campaign optimisation, and creative strategy.

This is an exciting entry-level role, perfect for a recent graduate or someone looking to break into digital advertising. You'll gain experience across multiple paid media platforms, working closely with an ambitious team focused on growth, testing, and creative strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Management & Optimisation

  • Assist in setting up and launching new paid media campaigns across platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.).
  • Monitor and adjust daily budgets to ensure efficient ad spend.
  • Conduct regular performance optimisations, including bid adjustments, audience testing, and creative refreshes.

Performance Analysis & Reporting

  • Track and analyse campaign performance, providing insights to the wider team.
  • Monitor stock levels to ensure ads align with product availability.
  • Create post-campaign reports to assess performance and inform future strategies.

Creative & Content Support

  • Assist in copywriting for ads, landing pages, and creative assets.
  • Support with video ideation and briefing creative teams for upcoming activations.
  • Analyse ad creatives to identify top-performing content and suggest improvements.

General Paid Media Duties

  • Stay up to date with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices.
  • Assist in audience research, competitor analysis, and new channel exploration.
  • Support ad account maintenance, ensuring proper tracking, naming conventions, and compliance.

The successful candidates' skills & qualifications

  • A recent graduate with a degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • A proactive and detail-oriented individual with a passion for digital marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
  • Creative thinker with an interest in ad copywriting and content ideation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and communicate ideas clearly.
  • A proactive and eager-to-learn attitude.
  • Prior experience is not essential—just a willingness to learn and grow in paid media.

Place of work

  • This role is based at our office on the Tyne Tunnel Trading Estate in North Shields.
  • Hybrid - 1 day per week from home

Working hours

Full time, 37.5 hours per week

· 8.30 a.m. - 5.00 p.m. Monday - Thursday

· 8.30 a.m. - 2.00 p.m. on Fridays
