Job Introduction

We are looking for a Receptionist to join our Rapport team in one of our client's offices near Liverpool Street. Our client is an award-winning global bank, head-quartered in Toronto Canada with their London brand new office being their European Headquarters.

If you are warm, energetic and have a real passion for Guest Services, you could be the one we are looking for! This is a great opportunity to build a great working relationship between the team and the client, focusing on exceptional service delivery.

This is a full-time, permanent role (40 hours per week), Monday to Friday on a shift rota basis between 8 AM and 6 PM, as per business needs. The role comes with exciting additional benefits, and salary uplift following a successfully passed probation period.

Main responsibilities

  • Welcoming, greeting and registering all visitors, escorting them to the meeting rooms as required
  • Booking the client meeting rooms and supporting the catering team with the room set up
  • Handling telephone calls, emails, printing, and binding
  • Working with the hospitality team, and other service providers to ensure the delivery of an exceptional service
  • Supporting the Client with facility-related tasks and ad-hoc office duties
  • Assisting with requests in a professional, efficient, friendly, and timely manner

  • Have a positive, can-do attitude and understand professional etiquette
  • Possess a high level of attention to detail and the ability to act both proactively and intuitively
  • Be able to work independently and as part of the team
  • Ideally have previous experience in customer service in a similar environment (e.g., 5* hotel or corporate background)
