JOB SUMMARY
Guest Services Assistant Manager serves as the property Manager on Duty and oversees all property operations, ensuring that the highest levels of hospitality and service are provided. Represents property management in resolving any guest or property related situation. Manages the flow of questions and directs guests within the lobby. Serves as Guest Relations Manager and handles the tracking of service issues.
Assists the successful daily operations of Front Office including Front desk, Guest Relations, Switchboard functions and staff. Leads and assists in the drive to improve guest and employee satisfaction and assist with the execution of all relevant financial goals. Assist in leading the execution of the daily operations by working with and leading the team to elevate the guest experience in all areas during the shift.. Represents property management in resolving any guest or property related situation by personally assisting in resolving any issues and completing tasks as needed. Associate will also take on the role and duties of the Guest Service Agent when working under the Guest Services Manager and be responsible for all aspects of the checklist.
