```Duties```

Act as the primary liaison between our client and Organisers/Exhibitors, delivering exceptional customer service from pre-event to post-event. Handle enquiries regarding potential orders and sales transactions from both Organisers and Exhibitors. Drive sales growth by implementing effective upselling and cross-selling strategies to all customers. Proactively identify and capitalise on new business opportunities by devising effective marketing strategies and sales tactics to secure high-value contracts.

  • · Manage a portfolio of exhibition organising companies/events, ensuring excellent customer service, and keeping customers informed about existing and potential services.
  • Promote and sell a range of internet connectivity, solutions to exhibition organisers and their clientele.
  • Provide service feedback to the Operations Manager on potential services to enhance the existing product portfolio.
  • Process complex organiser orders through our client's sales order processing system Momentus
  • Attend event planning meetings and site visits to promote and discuss our client's Solutions
  • Work closely with our client's IT Network Engineers to find solutions to complex requirements, ensuring accuracy and providing necessary plans.
  • Ensure IT orders processed on Momentus are accurate, with supporting plans and documentation from organisers. Act as the organiser point of contact for queries and changes regarding their IT Order.
  • Work towards departmental commercial targets and contribute to overall event service targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Maintain regular contact with assigned organiser accounts, reporting progress to the Operations Manager monthly.
  • Serve as the primary contact for event organisers, ensuring consistent communication throughout the event cycle.
  • Drive business growth through effective account management and upselling techniques.
  • Develop strong relationships with organisers, gathering information on technology needs and promoting our client's solutions.
  • Obtain access to exhibitor lists and event floorplans from organisers.
  • Ensure all relevant exhibition and event organisers are informed about our client's products and services.
  • Keep the Operations Manager informed of significant event developments that may impact revenue.

  • · Create strong and productive relationships with new and existing event and exhibition organisers, acting as the primary point of contact for IT Solutions at our client
  • Maintain regular contact with the organiser portfolio and promote our client's products and services effectively.
  • Distribute relevant event information to all divisions of our client.
  • Establish effective relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Provide feedback to the team on key developments or ideas affecting the business.
