E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Manager
Are you an e-commerce wizard with a flair for digital marketing? We're seeking a passionate and experienced E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic startup team and propel our online sales to new heights!
In this exciting role, you'll be the driving force behind our e-commerce operations and digital marketing strategies. You'll have the opportunity to showcase your expertise across multiple high-growth e-commerce platforms like Amazon, eBay, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Etsy, and TikTok.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Conducting in-depth market research to identify trending and profitable products for our online stores.
- Managing the entire product lifecycle, from sourcing and listing to sales and delivery, across multiple e-commerce platforms.
- Developing and executing cutting-edge digital marketing campaigns, including social media marketing, performance marketing (PPC ads, SEO), email marketing, and content creation.
- Analysing market trends, competitor activity, and sales data to optimise pricing, positioning, and marketing campaigns for maximum impact.
- Creating compelling product descriptions, visuals, and marketing assets (basic graphic design skills using tools like Canva are a plus).
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a successful seller on at least two of the following e-commerce platforms: Amazon, eBay, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Etsy, TikTok.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tactics, including social media, performance marketing, content marketing, and data analysis.
- Excellent market research and analytical skills to identify profitable product opportunities.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple e-commerce stores and marketing initiatives simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with e-commerce platforms and marketing tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
