Job Responsibility:
It is ESSENTIAL for this role to hold either experience of Event Management for outdoor events or have experience of delivery of Traffic Management services for events.
We are recruiting Event Operations Managers in new positions for the company during our expansion of Event Traffic Management Operations across the United Kingdom, reporting to our Senior Event Operations Managers.
We provide a range of NHSS certified Event Traffic Management services including Road Closures, Pedestrian Management, Lane Closures, Event Directional Signage, Car Park Management, Police Accredited Traffic Officers and Hostile Vehicle Management.
Due to our growth, we are looking to add additional Event Operations Managers.
You will work under the support and mentorship of our Senior Event Operations Managers to help manage our portfolio of events, stadia, arenas and racecourses.
The role will be based in our Sheffield office, with regular travel across UK, such as to our other offices and client sites, including overnight stays away from home.

Essential Skills and Experience
- Experience of Event Management for outdoor events or have experience of delivery of Traffic Management services for events
- Good knowledge of typical event structures for command & event management
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Ability to write plans & reports to a high standard
- Full UK Driving Licence with no more than 6 penalty points
- Clear Criminal Record Check which will enable to obtain Police accreditation under CSAS
- High Level skill in use of Microsoft Office including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
- Able to undertake manual lifting of Traffic Management equipment when requiredResponsibilities:
- - Plan, organize, and execute various events, including conferences, meetings, weddings, and parties- Coordinate with clients to understand their event requirements and ensure their vision is brought to life- Manage event budgets and timelines to ensure all aspects of the event are delivered on time and within budget- Source and negotiate with vendors, such as caterers, decorators, and entertainment providers- Oversee event logistics, including venue selection, setup, and breakdown- Coordinate event registration and ticketing processes- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of events- Provide on-site event management and troubleshoot any issues that may arise- Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and identify areas for improvementQualifications:
