Are you a seasoned Executive Assistant seeking an opportunity to make a significant impact? We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to provide comprehensive EA support to our CCO. In this role, you will be responsible for handling all administrative, logistical, and technical aspects of the CCO's everyday work. Your primary goal will be to ensure the smooth operation of the CCO's office, allowing them to focus solely on their responsibilities.

We are looking for someone who can proactively identify and address administrative issues promptly, ensuring seamless efficiency in our day-to-day operations. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess exceptional organizational skills, we want to hear from you.

What you will be doing

  • Assisting the CCO with daily administrative duties and completing a broad variety of administrative tasks
  • Managing an active calendar of appointments, organizing meetings, video conferences etc, coordinating availability and dates with relevant parties involved
  • General understating of company business processes to be able to better assist with prioritization of tasks and independent thinking.
  • Strong negotiation skills in dealing with counterparts.
  • Research and follow-up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the CCO, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature
  • Booking and arranging overseas travel, agenda, transport, and accommodation including all the required reservations and expense reimbursements
  • Act as the first point of contact for administrative issues related to the CCO
  • Communicates directly and on behalf of the CCO with global stakeholders, staff, board members, external partners, etc.

Who we are looking for

  • Measurable experience in providing support to upper-level executives in a medium to large corporate environment (mandatory), with experience arranging and coordinating international meetings.
  • Full proficiency in MS computer applications (Outlook, Office, and the Internet), with experience in a hi-tech/online corporate environment (a big advantage).
  • Strong organizational skills, demonstrating the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail, and maintaining a sound confidential approach to work.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
