We are looking for a Personal Assistant to the Corporate Director of F&B to join our corporate team in London!
The Personal Assistant will assist the Corporate Department of Food & Beverage in all administrative tasks and beyond, particularly acting as personal assistant to the Corporate Director of F&B.
The Personal Assistant to the Corporate Director of F&B will be responsible for but not limited to:
- Assist in special projects such as Hotel Opening support documents
- Manages inbox as part of the proxy
- Travel arrangements and coordination's including visa requirements and entry detail ESTA etc.
- Provides administrative support to the Corporate Food & Beverage Department and flexibility to assist in project work.
- Maintains the office correspondence in a proper and sequential order at all times.
- Maintains the Corporate Director of Food & Beverage's calendar and all appointments.
- Does travel arrangements for the Corporate Food & Beverage Department.
- Coordinates with all colleagues to ensure an efficient flow of communication to and from the administration office.
- Takes care of invoices as well as expenses reports and petty cash reports.
- Takes the minutes of all meetings that the Corporate Director of Food & Beverage requests and maintains follow up and follows through with the necessary updates.
- Updates and maintains the Food & Beverage CV Database
- Prepares documentation required for the Corporate Food & Beverage Division
- Orders and controls office supplies when necessary
- Compiles bi-monthly departmental newsletters
- EDM development
- Handles effectively all relationships with third party personnel.
