This full-time/ part-time role will be based in our office and is ideal for an individual keen on playing a pivotal role in our finance department. The chosen candidate will significantly contribute to strategic financial planning, analysis, and decision-making processes, acting as a vital liaison within the core management team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establishment of company organizational framework.
- Develop and structure various investment products encompassing equity and debt instruments.
- Perform financial analysis, modeling, and research crucial for corporate decision-making. Aid in the creation of financial reports, presentations, and proposals.
- Evaluate and interpret financial data, industry-specific developments, and market trends.
- Contribute extensively to financial modeling for business planning and investment activities.
- Support in evaluating potential mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic opportunities.
- Collaborate across departments to assess financial performance and suggest enhancements.
- Continuously monitor and analyze the financial health of the company and market trends.
- Participate in ad-hoc financial projects as necessary.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in corporate finance preferably in Fintech and Real Estate. Possession of a Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in financial analysis or corporate finance. Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting. Exceptional analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Familiarity with financial software and tools.
- A proactive and adaptable approach to work.
