Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring their vision is realised in the design process.
• Develop comprehensive design plans, including layouts, colour schemes, furnishings, and materials.
• Utilise software such as Virtual Worlds to create detailed drawings and visualisations.
• Prepare presentations using Adobe Creative Suite to effectively communicate design concepts to clients.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets.
• Conduct site visits to assess spaces and gather information for design development.
• Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and other professionals involved in the project execution.
• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to incorporate innovative solutions into designs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience as an Interior Designer or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
• Proficiency in CAD software
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
• Strong communication skills for client interaction and collaboration with team members.
• A creative mindset with attention to detail and a passion for interior design trends.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
